What Lies in Truth

Truth lies in the Mind of the Beholder.
Johnny C. Gold

If you’re not experimenting with your truth, you’re wasting your time, your life, your energy, and you are betraying your purpose.
  Johnny C. Gold

There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily.
George Washington

"Our own life is an instrument with which we experiment with the truth."
Thich Nhat Hanh

One of the greatest paradoxes of your physical senses is that your eyes actually show you what you believe, not what you see. TUT.com

There is only one sacred promise – and that is to tell and live your truth.  All other promises are forfeitures of freedom, and that can never be sacred.  For freedom is who you are.  If you forfeit freedom, you forfeit your self. And that is not a sacrament, that is a blasphemy.  Conversations with God p. 588

"Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of the gods." - Albert Einstein

“Truth has no path.  Truth is living and, therefore, changing.  Awareness is without choice, without demand, without anxiety; in that state of mind, there is perception.  To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person.  Awareness has not frontier; it is giving of your whole being, without exclusion.”  – Bruce Lee

The search for truth and knowledge is one of the finest attributes of man - though often it is most loudly voiced by those who strive for it the least." - Albert Einstein

“Again, let me remind you Jeet Kune Do is just a name used,  a boat to get one across, and once across it is to be discarded and not to be carried on one’s back.”  – Bruce Lee

“All fixed set patterns are incapable of adaptability or pliability.  The truth is outside of all fixed patterns.”  – Bruce Lee

“I maintain that Truth is a pathless land, and you cannot approach it by any path whatsoever, by any religion, by any sect.  Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable by any path whatsoever, cannot be organized; nor should any organization be formed to lead or to coerce people along any particular path. You must climb towards the Truth. It cannot be 'stepped down' or organized for you.”  - Krishnamurti

“To seek reality requires immense energy; and if man is not doing that,  he dissipates his energy in ways that create mischief, and therefore society has to control him.  Now, is it possible to liberate energy in seeking God or truth and,  in the process of discovering what is true,  to be a citizen who understands the fundamental issues of life and whom society cannot destroy? You see, man is energy, and if man does not seek truth,  this energy becomes destructive;  therefore society controls and shapes the individual, which smothers energy… And perhaps you have noticed another interesting and very simple fact: energy to do it….  That very energy becomes the means of controlling itself,  so you don’t need outside discipline.  In the search for reality, energy creates its own discipline.   The man who is seeking reality spontaneously becomes the right kind of citizen,  which is not according to the pattern of any particular society or government.”  - Krishnamurti from “The Book of Life”

A belief is only a practiced vibration.  In other words, once you have practiced a thought long enough, then anytime you approach the subject of that thought, the Law of Attraction will take you easily into the full vibration of your belief.  So now, the Law of Attraction accepts that belief as your point of attraction, and brings to your things that matches those thoughts you were pondering, you conclude, “Yes, this is truth.”  And while it may be accurate to call it “truth,” we would prefer to call it attraction, or creation.   Anything that you give your attention to will become your “truth.”  The Law of Attraction says that it must.  Your life, and everyone else’s, too, is but a reflection of the predominance of your thoughts.  There is no exception to this.  Ask and It’s Given p. 56
